My Miracle

Yesterday's Prompt:For those of us that stayed up too late watching fireworks, tell us about it! Or whatever you did to celebrate Independence day! For the rest of you, share a glimpse into your life. I firmly believe that something memorable happens every day, even if it's just a funny passing comment from someone you've never talked to before. Look through your day and find a moment that you would like to look back on!

Well, not being American or living in the US, we didn't celebrate Independance Day. Maybe one day our tiny island will no longer belong to Great Britian and we too will be able to celebrate independance. This was to be my topic on Tuesday but time did not permit... one day I'll share my thoughts on the current debate on whether or not Bermuda should seek independance.

Yesterday I started to blog.. got distracted and never came back... some days are crazy! What I wanted to share is that I went to the Dr. on Tuesday and the swelling on my retina has completely cleared. He said that though the condition is common, the way mine presented is unusual... appearing so rapidly and then disappearing sooner than they would have anticipated. I believe in the power of praying to a living God who is able to heal. It's my miracle! A moment (6 weeks) that I will look back on.
